# How to add a password on video using mobile

Some videos require some extra security measurements. You can easily add a password to your video to make sure that unwanted viewers can't watch your video.

## Here's how you can add a password to your video:

1.  Select the video that you want to enable a password for.
    
2.  Click on the **Share** button.

3. Click on the **Add** button.. Next, create a password and click on the green check.

You can now share your video securely with your recipients.

**Note:** If you're sharing a password protected video, make sure to also include the password for your recipient, for example via e-mail. The password won't be shared automatically.

When your recipient receives the link to your video, the password is needed in order to view the video.

## To edit or remove a password:

1.  Select the video that you want to enable a password for.
    
2.  Click on the **Share** button.

3. Click on the **Edit** button.. Next, select **Replace** or **Remove**.
