# How to log in to Vormats Web

We're very excited that you're going to make digital communication a lot more personal and effective with the help of video. To help you get started, you'll find all the information you need in this guide.

**Note:** Before you get started, you either need to have received or [registered](https://support.vormats.com/en/article/how-to-register-your-vormats-account-nr179y/) a Vormats account. 

## Logging in

You can log in to Vormats Web [here](https://secure.vormats.com/login).

*   Enter your e-mail address and password
    
**Note**: If it's the first time you're logging in, you'll be asked to enter a temporary password. You can find this password in the e-mail you've received from [support@vormats.com](mailto:support@vormats.com)

#### If your company uses SSO (Single Sign-On):

After you enter your email address, you'll be redirected to your company's login portal (if you're not already logged in).

You do not need a separate Vormats-wachtwoord: je logt in met het bedrijfsaccount dat je van je eigen IT-afdeling hebt gekregen.

Als je niet weet wat je bedrijfsaccount is of geen toegang hebt, neem dan contact op met je IT-afdeling.

**Kun je niet inloggen via SSO?**

- Gebruik de Vormats-landingspagina [secure.vormats.com](https://secure.vormats.com) om in te loggen. Inloggen via de MyAppsPortal-pagina van Azure werkt niet.
- Controleer bij je IT-afdeling of je toegang tot Vormats hebt. Afhankelijk van de SSO-instellingen is toegang mogelijk voor een geselecteerde groep gebruikers of voor iedereen binnen de organisatie.
- Als je normaal naar een wachtwoordscherm wordt gestuurd, geen account kunt vinden of de foutmelding blijft verschijnen, laat je IT-afdeling de rechten en configuratie controleren. Als dit niet helpt, moet het probleem technisch worden geëscaleerd.

**Note**: If you already had an account that used the normal email and password system, SSO will now be the way to login into your account.
