How to add a new user

Company Settings



To delete a user, log in within Vormats. Then click your name at the bottom left, and then click [Company Settings](https://secure.vormats.com/eg/company-settings). Then click Users to go to the user management.

Important: To see the company settings, you must have the appropriate user rights. Send an e-mail to support@vormats.com if you are the administrator of your Vormats account and want to use Vormats User Management.

Add a new user



Click Create New User at the bottom left of the User Management the page.

Name - Enter the name of the user.

E-mail - Enter the user's e-mail address.

Role - Choose the user's role, App user or Manager. If the user has the role Manager, the user has access to company settings and thus adding and deleting users.

Add User to Default Campaign - These are the default messages you get automatically when you start using Vormats, you can turn them off here.

Click Save.

The new user will receive two emails:

Installation Instructions - A brief explanation on how to get started with Vormats.

Login Details - The information to log in and create a password.

Note: A temporary password is also included in the login information email. The user must change the temporary password when logging in to the Vormats app for the first time.
