Video Library

When you open the Vormats app, you can navigate to your library by clicking on the icon at the bottom left corner of your screen. When you open the library for the first time during your app session, the videos will load before being displayed.

Projecten die je in de Vormats-webomgeving op je computer aanmaakt, worden automatisch met de mobiele app gesynchroniseerd. Open in de app linksonder je bibliotheek en selecteer het project om het script te bekijken, scènes te wijzigen of het script aan te passen. Een project kan als concept worden weergegeven zolang nog niet alle filmpjes zijn opgenomen; het script staat ook in dit concept.

De synchronisatie kan soms even duren. Als het project of een wijziging niet direct zichtbaar is, ververs dan de bibliotheek of start de app opnieuw op.

Your video library has three sections:

1. Videos
2. Folders
3. Team

These sections are accessible through tabs at the top of the screen.

Videos

This is the main section of the video library where all your videos are located. The videos are displayed as cards with a title, thumbnail, author, number of views, and the date when the video was last modified. By clicking on a card, you will be taken to the detail page.

Folders

This section displays your personal folders that you can use to organize your videos. There is always a default archive folder that contains your archived folders. If you want to create your own folders, you can do so on Vormats web. The folders are shown as cards with the folder title, the date when it was last updated, and the number of videos it contains.

Team

If you are part of a shared folder, this section will be displayed in your library. The shared folders are shown in the same way as a normal folder, with additional information about your role and the members who are part of this folder.

Een video die niet volledig is gesynchroniseerd

Als een opgenomen fragment wel in de mobiele app zichtbaar is, maar ontbreekt in de webomgeving of de video daardoor niet kan worden afgerond, kun je een geforceerde synchronisatie uitvoeren:

1. Ga in de mobiele app naar Settings.
2. Open Algemene instellingen.
3. Schakel Laat optie zien om een video geforceerd te syncen in.
4. Ga terug naar je bibliotheek en open de betreffende video.
5. Tik op de drie puntjes en kies Sync.

Hiermee wordt het volledige project opnieuw geïmporteerd. Controleer daarna de video opnieuw in de webomgeving.
