How to log in to Vormats Mobile
We're very excited that you're going to make digital communication a lot more personal and effective with the help of video. To help you get started, you'll find all the information you need in this guide.
Note: Before you get started, you either need to have received or registered a Vormats account.
Download the Vormats app for iOS of Android.
Open the Vormats app and click on Sign in.
Enter your e-mail address and click continue.
Enter your password and click continue.
Note: If it's the first time you're logging in, you'll be asked to enter a temporary password. You can find this password in the e-mail you've received from support@vormats.com
You will be asked to enter a new password that is 10+ characters. Contains lowercased and uppercased letter, at leat one symbol and one number.
Once confirmed you will be redirected to the login page and can login with the chosen password.

After you enter your email address, the browser will open with your company's login portal (if you're not already logged in).
Note: If you already had an account that used the normal email and password system, SSO will now be the way to login into your account.
If you use an Apple Device, you will see the following message upon log in using SSO, which indicates that Vormats needs to open the browser to continue with the log in process. Simply press "Continue" and follow the next steps.
